Kubota Manju (久保田 萬寿) Junmai Daiginjo 1800ml is a junmai daiginjo (a type of sake made only from rice, rice koji, and water, using highly polished rice) made by Asahi-Shuzo (朝日酒造) in Niigata Prefecture. Because the rice polishing ratio and alcohol content shown differ depending on the sales page, it is also a product where comparing the numbers can be confusing. In this article, we organized the quantity, ingredients and differences in labeling, gift options, and reviews, based on the Rakuten Ichiba and Amazon product pages, Asahi-Shuzo’s official page, and Rakuten reviews.

Drinking by anyone under 20 is prohibited by law in Japan. Please follow the laws of your country or region. Drinking during pregnancy or while breastfeeding may affect the development of the fetus or infant. Never drink and drive.
