Ingredients and Allergen Labeling
The manufacturer’s official website lists the ingredients as sweet potatoes from Kyushu (100% of the “紫優 (Murasaki Masari)” variety), koji made from 100% Japanese rice, and 霧島裂罅水 (Kirishima Reppusui spring water). The ingredients field on the Rakuten Ichiba product page says “さつま芋・米麹” (sweet potatoes, rice koji). The level of detail differs, but we found no contradiction in the content. We could not find allergen labeling on either Rakuten or the official website, so this is not confirmed.
