A total of 4 reviews said that the wrapping paper on the back was torn, that it looked less high-end than in the photo, or that the upper side of the jubako box was held with cellophane tape (2 of the 4★ reviews in the default order of 58, and 2 of the 6 reviews at 3★; posted January 2023 to March 2026). All 4 are about appearance or wrapping, not about taste.
The only review at 1★ (November 2015) said that it was ordered as an oseibo (year-end gift) and arrived earlier than expected.
